On the other hand, if the child is above \u2461, the procedure to take is <strong class=\"acc-color\">application for permission to acquire status or residence<\/strong>. That is, which procedure to take cannot be decided until the case is closed.\n<br><br>\nTherefore, the timing where the case is closed is sometimes considered as the start point of application period by Immigration Services Bureau.
