\u2460 does <strong>NOT<\/strong> have to submit written statement of reason to need Permanent Residency.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This seems to be because there is <strong class=\"acc-color\">a fact <\/strong>that the applicant of Group \u2460 is spouse or child of the person who has permanent residency in Japan, and <strong class=\"acc-color\">the fact itself is admitted as the reason for the applicant to need permanent residency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, Immigration Services Bureau may consider that it is natural thing for spouse and child of permanent resident in Japan to want to live in Japan together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"marker\">Applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462 <strong class=\"acc-color\">SHALL <\/strong>submit <span class=\"marker\">written statement of reason to need Permanent Residency.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This seems to be because applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462 does not have any family members with permanent residency in Japan, thus <strong class=\"acc-color\">the reason why the applicant wants to get permanent residency can NOT be recognized<\/strong> as obviously as the case of Group \u2460.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53c8\u306f\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u3092\u6276\u990a\u3059\u308b\u8005\u306e\u8cc7\u7523\u3092\u8a3c\u660e\u3059\u308b\u8cc7\u6599\">Document Proving Asset\/Property Owned by Applicant or Supporter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \u2460 does <strong class=\"acc-color\">NOT<\/strong> have to submit document proving asset\/property owned by applicant or supporter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This seems to be because the legal requirement that the applicant of Group \u2460 (\"Spouse or Child of Japanese National\" and \"Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident\") has to satisfy is <strong class=\"acc-color\">only \"To Be in the Interest of Japan\" requirement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is explained in <strong class=\"key-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/office-sugita.com\/en\/visa-info\/permanent-resident-requirement\/\" target=\"_blank\">the page of \"Legal Requirements of Permission for \"Permanent Residence\" in Japan\"<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the fact that the applicant of Group \u2460 does not have enough asset\/property to make a living in Japan, normally, can NOT be <strong class=\"acc-color\">the sole reason <\/strong>for recognizing that the applicant does not satisfy \"To Be in the Interest of Japan\" requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From this viewpoint, there is no need to clarify that the applicant of Group \u2460 owns enough asset\/property to make a living in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the applicant of Group \u2460 does not have to submit document proving asset\/property owned by applicant or supporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"marker\">Applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462 <strong class=\"acc-color\">SHALL<\/strong> submit document proving asset\/property owned by applicant or supporter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is because the applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462 must satisfy <strong class=\"acc-color\">\"Sufficient Asset or Skills to Earn an Independent Living\"<\/strong> requirement to get the permission for permanent residency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To satisfy \"Sufficient Asset or Skills to Earn an Independent Living\" requirement, the applicant must have the ability to make a living in Japan by him-\/herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is that, proving that the applicant has <strong class=\"acc-color\">enough asset\/property<\/strong> can be <strong class=\"acc-color\">the proving material<\/strong> to satisfy \"Sufficient Asset or Skills to Earn an Independent Living\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, applicant of Group \u2461 and \u2462 shall submit document proving asset\/property owned by applicant or supporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u65e5\u672c\u56fd\u3078\u306e\u8ca2\u732e\u7b49\u306b\u4fc2\u308b\u8cc7\u6599\">Document Proving Contribution to Japan<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img representative of affiliated company, university, or party<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other documents proving applicant's contribution to the specific fields<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It is <strong class=\"acc-color\">recommended<\/strong> to submit document proving contribution to Japan because it may give the examiner of the application <strong class=\"acc-color\">a good impression<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, proving contribution to Japan con not be considered as a material for satisfying any one of the 3 legal requirements for the permission of permanent residency (\"Good Conduct\", \"Sufficient Asset or Skills to Earn an Independent Living\", and \"To Be in the Interest of Japan\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, <span class=\"marker\">document proving contribution to Japan is <strong class=\"acc-color\">NOT a necessary document<\/strong> for the applicant of all the 3 Groups.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
