Case Study: Re-marriage without Annulment / Judicial Recognition in Philippine & visa change application for spouse visa

When we had initial meeting with Mr. Jaber and Ms. Cedro, Mr. Jaber had "Temporary Visitor" visa. They wanted to get married in Japan and obtain spouse visa for Mr. Jaber within his period of stay. Ms. Cedro had not completed judicial recognition for foreign divorce (ROFD) for previous marriage, however, we supported them and finally they got married in Japan and successfully obtained "Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident" visa without ROFD in Philippine.
