Service Flow

STEP 1
Free Evaluation

Firstly, we provide our client with Evaluation Sheet for free, which shows the information useful for your application.

STEP 2
Paid Consultation

In paid consultation (offline or online), please let us know your concerns on your application more detailly. We will issue quotation if required.

STEP 3
Contract

Please sign on the contract to make an official contract. After　advance payment (= 50% of total amount) is confirmed, we will start the work.

STEP 4
Application

After we prepare the application documents and confirm another 50% payment, we will submit the documents to Immigration Office.

STEP 5
Completion!

After the application is permitted, we will deliver the certificate / resident card to our client.

Price System

Basic Rewards

Basic price for each VISA Application Service is as follows. In case additional procedures are ordered by our client, additional reward shall be charged.

Actual fees for revenue stamp, documet issuance, post service, transportation, etc. shall be charged separated from the above fee.

The above prices are the standard ones. Please note that additional fee might occur when extra procedure(s) is required. In principle, we issue quotation before contract to show the official price in which client’s unique circumstances are taken into consideration.
In principle, extremely higher prices than the above standard prices would not be offered to our client unless the client has extraordinal circumstances such as: history of crime or deportation; plural divorce experiences, denial history of target application, extremely large number of additional procedures etc.

The fee might differ from the above table depending on the factors including currency rate when the client makes order from foreign country (= country other than Japan).
